Farewell to Rotarian Ray
Monsignor Ray Murray is leaving Cookstown for semi-retirement to his native Armagh.
At the lunchtime meeting on Tuesday 9 October 2007, President Colin Thompson welcomed Ray and his sister Teresa as special guests.
Rotarian Rev. Issac Thompson,displaying his wide linguistic skills, paid tribute to Ray and his work in the community. In thanking everyone for their best wishes, Ray also showed his linguistic skills and as a noted scholar he wiil have plenty of reading and writing to keep his busy!
All members of Cookstown Rotary Club wish Ray and Teresa all blessings in their move to Armagh.
