Fundraising for Freeplay Foundation
Rotarian Brian McGlaughlin presented President Eileen with a cheque for £550 to be sent to the Freeplay Foundation.
This charity provides wind up radios in Africa through which lessons are communicated centrally to groups of children who do not have access to normal schooling.
This money was part of the proceeds from First Harmony Christmas concert. This group of talented young people had a very successful concert in 1st Cookstown Presbyterian Church.
